About the game

Word Solitaire keeps the shape of a card table but the cards carry words and category names. A level starts with some cards already down, and you pull from the deck one card per move.

Nothing joins a stack until its category card is placed. After that, every word that shares the meaning can follow, and the set closes when they are all there. Read the table before you drop anything, because a word that fits nowhere right now can finish a set a few draws later.

How to play

  • Click or tap a card to lift it and set it on the board.
  • Place the category card before any of its word cards.
  • Add every word with the same meaning to close the set.
  • Pull cards from the deck one at a time as you build.
