About the game

Basketball Stars is a two-player arcade basketball game by MadPuffers, made for the 2025 season. You choose a team and enter a tournament, scoring with dunks and three-pointers while trying to outplay your opponent.

Each round mixes quick dashes, steals, and blocks. Slap or block your rival to knock the ball away, then race the other way. Keep an eye on the supershot bar along the top: when it fills, your next dunk is a guaranteed score from any spot on the court. The trick is knowing when to go for a steal and when to hold back for the super shot.

How to play

  • Move with WASD or the arrow keys. Shoot or steal with X or L. Pump or block with S.
  • Dash by tapping A or D twice, or the left/right arrow twice.
  • In two-player mode, player 1 uses WASD and B to shoot/steal; player 2 uses the arrow keys and L. Pump with S or the down arrow.
  • When the supershot bar is full, press K or Z for the special dunk that always scores.
