Subjects you can raise

• A game that fails to load: give its title, explain what goes wrong (a black screen, endless loading, a button doing nothing), and say whether your device is mobile or desktop.
• A game worth adding: name it and describe what appeals to you about it. A sentence on why a friend should try it also helps.
• A rights enquiry: developers, send it from your own address and specify which game you mean.

Stay brief and precise. A screenshot or the exact error wording spares us a round of follow-up questions.

Expect an answer in roughly a week. If seven days pass with nothing back, resend it; mail does go missing. Every message gets read, even when our answer is no.
