Terms of Use

Here is what Poki offers you, and the rules we ask you to follow while playing. These terms apply from the moment you stay on the site. If any part does not sit right with you, please head elsewhere.

Free personal use

Poki costs nothing for your own enjoyment. Play solo, share a computer with a brother, sister or friend, or pick up your phone after school. Opening a game costs nothing.

Without permission, selling access to the site, copying it into a different product, or using it for commercial purposes is not allowed. Never turn the site toward breaking the law or harming other people.

Each game stays with its maker

Every game on Poki is created and owned by the developers behind it. Their names, artwork, code and characters remain theirs. Poki claims no ownership of any game. When a developer asks us to remove a game, we take it down.

No warranty that every game works on every device

We work to keep games running, but we cannot promise that each game works on every phone, tablet, browser or connection. On an older device, a game may load slowly, lose sound, or fail to start. Some games need a keyboard, some work better with a mouse, and some are built for touch screens.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be online, error-free, or free of interruptions.

No cheating or abuse

Play fair. Do not use cheats, bots, scripts or modified versions of a game to fake scores or spoil a match for someone else. Do not try to break the site, overload it, or get around its security. Do not upload or send harmful code, and do not harass other players.

If you spot a bug, tell us instead of using it to win. We may block access for anyone who abuses the site.

External game content comes from third parties

Some games are loaded from outside providers. That content is controlled by those providers, not by us. We do not create it and cannot guarantee what it contains or how it behaves on your device. Play external games at your own risk, and ask a parent or guardian if you are unsure about anything.

The site may change or remove games

We add, update, move and remove games over time. A game you liked yesterday may be gone tomorrow. We may also change these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies.
