About the game

Nonogram turns a grid of blank squares into a pixel picture, and the only hints are numbers along the top and left edges. Each number counts a run of filled squares in that row or column. Two numbers mean two separate runs, with at least one empty square between them, so a clue of 3 1 asks for three filled squares, a gap, then one more.

You pick a difficulty and work through the picture puzzles in the collection. Fill only the squares the clues prove, then check a row against its column to confirm. Easy grids finish fast; bigger ones reward patience. No guessing is needed anywhere, and a short break is enough for one puzzle.

How to play

  • Click or tap a square to fill it, and clear it again if the clues do not support it.
  • Read the numbers above a column and left of a row: each one is a run of filled squares in that line.
  • When a line shows more than one number, leave at least one empty square between the runs.
  • Cross-check rows against columns and fill only what the numbers prove, with no guessing.
