About the game

Fishing: Catch the Moment puts you on the shore of a 3D lake with a rod and a fish list to fill. Light and weather shift while you stand there, so a spot you know can feel different on your next trip.

Every cast runs the same way: point the rod, hold to load the throw, release, then wait. A bite needs a fast click or tap to set the hook, and then you slide the marker onto the yellow band and hold it there. A critical catch can land something heavier and rarer. Sell the haul, buy better tackle, open new water.

How to play

  • Point the rod by moving the mouse, or swipe sideways on a touchscreen.
  • Hold the mouse button or press and hold the screen to load the cast, then let go.
  • Click or tap the second a fish bites to hook it.
  • Keep the indicator on the yellow zone during the mini-game; a critical catch can bring a heavier, rarer fish.
